It's funny that when mrs koh is talking about the different forms of courage in to kill a mockingbird, I actually start seeing more kinds of courage that take place in real life. Coincidence? I think not. Well I guess the book, despite how boring some lessons on it are (note: I said the lessons, not the book), has influenced me in someway. It made me realise that sometimes the "courage" that we see isn't actually courage. And true courage is something that appears subtly; only those who really look can see it. Well today, while standing on the same grounds as them, I saw what courage they had in them. So what if their abilities are different? Sometimes it takes a flaw in one thing to see the beauty in another. When we fall into an incessant rant, complaining about how annoying someone is, do we not see the positive qualities of another person? They tried their best today. And that is what matters isn't it? Like what is said in TKAM, a form of courage is to fight a battle even when you know you are defeated. And that real life example just fitted in nicely today. Something i've always failed to noitce.
thankyou wingyau for recovering my post .
